  1. Candidates are requested to Work from Office 3 days a week and Hybrid Mode– Onsite, they will be visiting the client location.
  2. Candidate should have hands on experience in across Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Target, SQL and data engineering principles


As a Solution Consultant / Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering Adobe

Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer

(AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Target. You will combine technical expertise

with strong consulting capabilities, working closely with stakeholders to define strategy, design

customer journeys, and deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.


Your responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solution architecture across Adobe Experience Platform, Journey

Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Target.

• Define customer journeys, data schemas, segmentation logic, and personalisation strategies.

• Guide API integrations, data ingestion pipelines, and real-time data activation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders on discovery, strategy, and roadmap planning.

• Ensure governance, data quality, scalability, and performance of implemented solutions.

• Support development teams through architecture reviews, documentation, and best

practice guidance.


Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey

Analytics, and Adobe Target.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and data engineering principles.

• Hands-on experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.

• Proven experience in customer journey orchestration and personalisation use cases.

• Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage business and technical

stakeholders.


Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience within airline or CRM domains.
